Financial Certification Form

Before filling out this form, you must:

Fill out an application and be accepted to the University and have been given a billing estimate for the upcoming academic year
If you have not already, please provide a copy of your Birth Certificate, Passport, and English Proficiency
You must submit documentation that you will have available minimum sum of $35,000 for the first year of your academic program (this includes scholarships, sponsor support, and your personal contribution)
- The total support necessary for the first year of study must be documented and available. The support necessary for subsequent years of study must be reasonable attainable and documented through bank statements, employment letters, tax returns, investments, etc. Employment/Salary letters and investments are the most reliable sources of support. If any funds are being provided by a sponsor, the sponsor must complete the Affidavit of Sponsorship Form themselves (This can be found on the international student page on the OCU website). If personal funds are being used, bank statements must be attached in the student's name and be enough for all years of study, not just the first year.
